The purchase contract is concluded by correctly completing the request form and expressing consent to the purchase by submitting the online application or by completing the form at https://kharismascarpe.it/checkout/ and subsequently submitting the form itself, always after viewing the order summary below, which contains the order details, the price of the purchased item, shipping costs and any additional charges, the payment methods and terms, the address where the item will be delivered and the existence of the right of withdrawal.
When the Supplier receives the order from the Buyer, he sends a confirmation e-mail and displays a printable order confirmation and summary web page, which also contains the data recalled in the previous point.

Each order implies acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale. It is recommended to read and carefully read the General Conditions of Sale before ordering any product on the Site.
OBJECT
These General Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer and sale of products to Consumers on the Company's website.
ACCEPTANCE
By placing the order, the Customer declares to have read the General Conditions of Sale available on the Site and to have accepted them.
DISCOUNTS AND COUPONS
Price reductions are possible during specific periods of the year and are expressly communicated through social media channels, newsletters, and specific information on the website. These reductions may take the form of discounts visible on all products on the website, on selected items , or in the form of coupons . In the latter case, the customer must enter the specific coupon (e.g., BLACK30) in the appropriate space before completing the order, otherwise it will not be applied.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS
After validation of the payment, each order placed is sent to our warehouse to be prepared. The ordered items are carefully checked and packaged before being delivered to the courier.
When everything is ready, you will be notified by email at the time of shipment. You will receive your shoes in 2-3 business days (the longest delivery times occur for shipments to the islands).
STRIKES – EXTRAORDINARY PERIODS – CHRISTMAS – HOLIDAYS. We do our best to ensure your order is handed over to the courier on the same day it is received or, at the latest, by the next business day. However, during special periods, such as holidays, strikes, or other extraordinary circumstances, delivery times may be delayed.
We would like to point out that, although we take the utmost care to process your orders quickly, any delays caused by the courier or external circumstances are beyond our control.

FREE SHIPPING. Shipping costs within Italy are covered by Kharisma srl for orders over €39,00.
For orders up to €39,00, shipping costs amount to €6,00 and are paid by the end customer.
SPECIAL OCCASIONS and PROMOTIONS : with express mention on the homepage and in the individual product pages , shipping costs can be free with no minimum spend.
For countries belonging to the European Union , shipping costs are charged to the customer and amount to €22,00.
PRICES AND TERMS OF PAYMENT
Kharisma srl offers you three payment methods:
- PayPal account (also in 3 convenient installments);
- Credit card
- Bank transfer
- Cash on delivery (in Italy – for a fee of €6 to be added to the cost of the product)
The Site is equipped with a protection system. Your bank details are encrypted and protected through the SSL encryption procedure to ensure absolute confidentiality. Your bank details will not be accessible to third parties on the Internet. For this reason you will have to enter your credit card number for each new order.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Easy returns on Kharisma shoes, you can make your purchases without worries!
Kharisma srl offers its customers the possibility of exchanging or returning goods.
Returned products must be returned in their original box placed inside a cardboard box (preferably the original one).
As soon as the package arrives at our office, we will initiate the return process. The shoes must be intact and unused, except for the standard initial try-on. Upon receipt, the product will be inspected for damage, signs of wear, or tampering not related to transport.
Goods sent without exchange authorization or without the above requirements cannot be replaced and cannot be accepted.
The goods must be returned by GLS Executive courier in Italy.
For countries within the European Union , goods may be returned via any courier chosen by the customer. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Any parcels lost by the courier cannot be reimbursed by Kharisma srl.
RETURNS WITH REFUND
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 30 days of delivery, as required by current legislation (Legislative Decree no. 185/99). This way, once you receive the product, you will have the opportunity to evaluate it and decide whether to keep it, exchange it, or return it. You can obtain a refund of the amount paid, less a €6 shipping fee, by contacting us within 30 days of receiving the product. To request a return with a refund, the customer must submit a specific request by email to info@kharismascarpe.it , indicating "REFUND" and the order number in the subject line, or by contacting us by phone at +39 0734 330602.
Always specify the order number and the reason for the return.
Also remember to specify your IBAN or your PayPal account for the refund.
As soon as the package arrives at the company, the return process will begin. The shoes must be intact, unused, and unworn (except for the initial try-on). They will be inspected for any damage or tampering not resulting from transport.
Kharisma srl will undertake to reimburse the sums to the Customer within 10 days from the date of receipt of the product in the company and of the information necessary for the reimbursement. Shipping costs are charged to the customer.
We invite the customer to keep the return email as proof of the request and to wait for confirmation from the company itself.
Kharisma srl will refund the actual price of the item , net of shipping costs of €6.
Refunds will be made with the same payment method as for the purchase. We will notify you by email when your refund is made. We inform you that the credit time between our account and yours may vary by a few days depending on your bank. In case of return of an order paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer. We will ask you to indicate the bank details, to which you wish the refund to be made, by email.
REPLACEMENT - GOODS EXCHANGE
In case of replacement of a product for size, color and / or request for a new item, this can be replaced with any other product of equal or greater value.
Within 30 days of receiving the goods, the customer must make a specific request by email to info@kharismascarpe.it , indicating "REPLACEMENT" and the order number in the subject line, or by contacting us by phone at 0734 330602.
Always specify the order number and the reason for the return.
We invite the customer to keep the replacement email as proof of the request and to wait for confirmation from the company itself.
The costs related to transport for the change are free only for the first replacement. You can return one or more items from your order. You are not obliged to return the entire order.
Once the goods arrive at our warehouse, they will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport.
