With this declaration, Kharisma intends to inform the customer about the detection and use of personal data and request their consent in order to use them for certain purposes.

1. COLLECTION AND GENERAL USE OF DATA
1.1 Data collection and processing
to. Order: Kharisma collects and processes customer data for the execution of purchase orders, for any complaints after the purchase and to provide the customer with the services available. b. Reserved area-customer login: the data regarding the customer's orders are saved in the Kharisma system, but cannot be freely accessible for security reasons. However, Kharisma guarantees each customer access to the reserved area, using a protected password. In this area, it is possible to view all the data regarding completed orders, orders in progress and those sent recently and it is also possible to manage your personal data, any bank data and those relating to the subscription to the newsletter service. The customer is required to handle access data responsibly and in compliance with the regulations and not to disclose them to third parties. Kharisma will not be in any way responsible for an incorrect or improper use of the password by the customer.
c. Advertising: Kharisma uses the Customer's data for promotional purposes, to send information on the items offered on the website www.kharismascarpe.it. The customer's email address will be used exclusively within the limits prescribed by applicable law or, where necessary, after the customer has given specific authorization. The customer, as a customer of www.kharismascarpe.it, will regularly receive purchasing advice via email. Kharisma stores the data collected for long periods of time, it being understood that such data will in any case be used only for the purposes mentioned above.
b. Sweepstakes in the event of any prize games. Kharisma will use the data to communicate the results and for promotional purposes. The customer can have more detailed information by viewing the conditions of participation from time to time prepared for each individual game.
c. Content of permissions. The authorization issued here has been registered in the Kharisma systems. Kharisma is required to make the content of the authorizations accessible at all times. The Customer may revoke his authorization at any time, with effect for the future.

3. DATA SUBJECT'S RIGHTS

With regard to the transmission and use of data for the purpose of verifying the payment risk, Kharisma will communicate, at the customer's request, information relating to:

- the type of data used to calculate the percentage risk values;
- the implementation and meaning of the percentage risk values for each particular case, elaborated in an understandable form.

b. Right of withdrawal and objection. The customer may at any time object, in whole or in part, to the use of their personal data for promotional purposes, market research, or credit checks.
