Pursuant to the Consumer Code, you can request to return your order within 14 days of receiving the products. Below you will find the information and the automated form to start the process.
⚠️ Important information before you start
- Product status Products must be returned intact, unused, complete with tags and in their original packaging (the shoe box or product wrapping is an integral part of the item).
- Cost of transport As indicated in our conditions of sale, the return courier costs (€6,00) are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted directly from the final refund.
