DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS
After validation of the payment, each order placed is sent to our warehouse to be prepared. The ordered items are carefully checked and packaged before being delivered to the courier.
When everything is ready, you will be notified by email at the time of shipment. You will receive your shoes in 2-3 business days (the longest delivery times occur for shipments to the islands).
STRIKES – EXTRAORDINARY PERIODS – CHRISTMAS – HOLIDAYS. We do our best to ensure your order is handed over to the courier on the same day it is received or, at the latest, by the next business day. However, during special periods, such as holidays, strikes, or other extraordinary circumstances, delivery times may be delayed.
We would like to point out that, although we take the utmost care to process your orders quickly, any delays caused by the courier or external circumstances are beyond our control.

FREE SHIPPING. Shipping costs within Italy are covered by Kharisma srl for orders over €39,00.
For orders up to €39,00, shipping costs amount to €6,00 and are paid by the end customer.
SPECIAL OCCASIONS and PROMOTIONS : with express mention on the homepage and in the individual product pages , shipping costs can be free with no minimum spend.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Easy returns on Kharisma shoes, you can make your purchases without worries!
Kharisma srl offers its customers the option of exchanging or returning goods within 30 days of receiving them.
Returned products must be returned in their original box placed inside a cardboard box (preferably the original one).
As soon as the package arrives at our office, we will initiate the return process. The shoes must be intact and unused, except for the standard initial try-on. Upon receipt, the product will be inspected for damage, signs of wear, or tampering not related to transport.

Goods sent without exchange authorization or without the above requirements cannot be replaced and cannot be accepted.
The goods must be returned by GLS Executive courier in Italy. Otherwise, Kharisma will not bear the shipping costs (in case of exchange).
For countries within the European Union , goods may be returned via any courier chosen by the customer. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Any parcels lost by the courier cannot be reimbursed by Kharisma srl.
RETURNS WITH REFUND
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 30 days of receipt, as required by current legislation (Legislative Decree no. 185/99). This way, once you receive the product, you will have the opportunity to evaluate it and decide whether to keep it, replace it, or return it. You will receive a refund of the amount paid, net of shipping costs of €6 (in Italy).
For returns requiring a refund, the customer must submit a specific request by email to info@kharismascarpe.it , specifying "REFUND" and the order number in the subject line, or by contacting us by phone at 0734 330602.
Always specify the order number and the reason for the return.
Also remember to specify your IBAN or your PayPal account for the refund.
Kharisma srl will undertake to reimburse the sums to the Customer within 10 days from the date of receipt of the product in the company and of the information necessary for the reimbursement. Shipping costs are charged to the customer.
We invite the customer to keep the return email as proof of the request and to wait for confirmation from the company itself.
Kharisma srl will undertake to refund the actual amount of the goods, net of shipping costs.
Refunds will be made with the same payment method as for the purchase. We will notify you by email when your refund is made. We inform you that the credit time between our account and yours may vary by a few days depending on your bank. In case of return of an order paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer. We will ask you to indicate the bank details, to which you wish the refund to be made, by email.
REPLACEMENT - GOODS EXCHANGE
In case of replacement of a product for size, color and / or request for a new item, this can be replaced with any other product of equal or greater value.
Within 30 days of receiving the goods, the customer must make a specific request by email to info@kharismascarpe.it , indicating "REPLACEMENT" and the order number in the subject line, or by contacting us by phone at 0734 330602.
Always specify the order number and the reason for the return.
We invite the customer to keep the replacement email as proof of the request and to wait for confirmation from the company itself.
The costs related to the transport for the exchange are free limited to the first replacement. You can return one or more items from your order. You are not obligated to return the entire order.

BLACK FRIDAY: For all orders placed during the Black Friday period, any returns for exchange or refund will incur a €6,00 fee. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
END-OF-SEASON SALE : For all orders placed during the end-of-season sale period, any returns for exchange or refund will be subject to a €6,00 fee. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Once the goods arrive at our warehouse, they will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport.
